In 2006, County ine completed a $650,000 3D seismic program over 5440 acres in the Hayter area in east central Aleberta based on seimic interpretation, the company drilled a well under a farm out agreement with Canpar Holdings Inc.

The well was cased and currenty awaits completion. The company sold 50% of its interest to Force Energy Inc. of Calgary, Aberta.

The companies are considering perforation of this well during Winter 2009. Should the well prove successful there will be two additional well sites on the property.

CONSORT PROPERTY
In 2007, the company drilled a well testing a gas zone near Consort, Alberta. The target zone tested "tight" and non productive. The drilling depth was increased into a potential oil zone rferred to as the Dina Sand. The well logs of the Dina indicated a distinctive oil/water interface but it was decided that the oil to water ratio was not sufficient for completion. It is anticipated that a well up dip from the previous location will likely be an oil producer.
